As the thick mist was burned off by the rising sun it revealed the beautiful autumnal colours at Loch Ard earlier this week . Although winter is definitely approaching fast, with the car thermometer reading -2.5ºC at its lowest point, these conditions won't be around much longer. One plucky older lady decided to go in for an early morning swim, without a wetsuit! It's times like these that you feel both ends of the emotional spectrum...elation at witnessing such a spectacular landscape, and humble for recognising the ability of others to suffer the cold better than I can!

First time out with the camera since the lockdown with a wee trip to Glencoe yesterday. A popular spot but the sun flickering across The Buachaille was too tempting not to get the camera out!
